The Embassy of the Republic of Korea is pleased to re-announce the opening of tenders for Security Services for 2025. The Embassy invites qualified and experienced security service company to submit their proposals to meet our requirements.

1.  Subject: Security Service in 2025 for the Embassy of the Republic of Korea

2. Contract Period: from the signed contract date until December 31st, 2025

3. Budget: ca. 396,000 USD / year

   *The contract amount will be changed upon negotiation.

4. Duty

  A. Close Protective services (incl. mobile protective service) and standby for the Embassy personnel

  B. Security Activity-related Monitoring and Consultant

  C. Providing immediate information on the security events occurring in the Libya and Daily Report on Libya

  D. Assistance with evacuation to the safe area in case of emergency situation

5. Eligibility

  A. Possession of a valid license for security service issued by the Libyan authorities

  B. Fulfillment of the FSA (Facilities Security Authority)’s approval for the future security contract with the Embassy (A company without any defects in obtaining FSA’s approval)

6. Schedule

  A. Bid Document Submission Deadline: December 26th, 2024, 16:00

   * Bid Document must be submitted by 4pm on Thursday, December 26th, 2024.

  B. Bidders are required to submit the original document described below in English in a sealed envelope to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea at Palm City Compound.

  C. Bid Opening Time: December 27th, 2024, 09:00

   * Results will be notified individually.
